A. A thermal therapy smoothing system, that uses heat activated amino acids to temporarily stretch the disulfide bonds inside of the hair shaft. Clients that get the treatment have increased smoothness, shine and manageability. The treatment gently loosens the natural curl pattern of the hair, making it easier to detangle and style.

Q. CAN I GET THE TREATMENT IF MY HAIR IS COLOR TREATED ?

Q. IS THE SMOOTHING TREATMENT LIKE A RELAXER ?

A. Absoluety not! while yes, the smoothing treatment does block out humidity and helps your hair stay straighter longer, while it is straightened. It does NOT contain ANY chemicals like a relaxer, that permanently straightens your hair.

Q. HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET A SMOOTHING TREATMENT ?

A. Depending on the clients state of hair and hair care regiment, you would need to get a smoothing treatment every 3-5 months.

Q. CAN I GET A TREATMENT IF IM RELAXED ?

A. Yes, if you plan on transitioning out of your relaxer to now having natural hair. The system was actually created for people transitioning from relaxed hair to natural hair. It was designed to make sure the hair was properly protein/moisture balanced so that there would be little to no breakage; with the two different textured of new natural hair and old relaxed hair.

Q. WILL THE SMOOTHING TREATMENT DAMAGE MY NATURAL TEXTURE/CURLS ?

A. No, not if the smoothing treatment is done correctly by a certified professional. It is EXTREMLY important to follow every step of this system correctly.

Q. CAN I WEAR MY HAIR IN ITS' NATURAL STATE ?

A. Yes, this system will actually help define and elongate your natural curls so that you will have definition to your curls. Making your wash n go's more mamageable and stylish.

Q. HOW DO I KNOW IF THE SMOOTHING TREATMENT IS FOR ME ?

A. While the smoothing treatment is for most. It's recommended to schedule a consultation to ensure this treatment is right for you and your hair. Consultations can be done via Zoom or in salon.

Q. DO I HAVE TO GET MY HAIR DONE IN SALON AFTER THE TREATMENT ?

A. No. After you get the treatment you can manage and style your hair at home with the recommended products and tools to support the system.
